Boats run at regular intervals from Havelock Jetty based on your selected time slot. Please report at the jetty at least 30 minutes before your scheduled departure. The same boat will take you to Elephant Beach, wait during your visit, and bring you back to the jetty. Time at the beach is fixed as per the assigned boat schedule and must be followed. Water activities at Elephant Beach are optional and payable directly at the beach. Follow instructions given by the boat crew and local authorities at all times. Carry a valid ID proof during the trip. Addon cab price is for hotels within city limits. Charges may vary for locations outside, confirmed during booking.
Cancellations & refunds
Free cancellation is available for upto 24 hours before starting time of the trip. You’ll receive a full refund. Rescheduling of the trip can be done before 24 hours. Unfortunately, trips may not be cancelled within 24 hours since entry tickets are acquired. No refund will be offered. You’ll receive a full refund incase of trip Cancellations due to weather conditions.
